Founded in 1997, APEX Design, Inc. is a woman-owned, manufacturing facility with four automated cells, each configured under lean manufacturing principles and capable of unattended machining. We are a precision machine shop (.0002"-.0004" resolution) focused on multi-axis, turn-mill applications (<1.625" dia.) integrated part finishing and component assembly per military specification. The metrology department features RAM Optical video measurement instrumentation with 25x-185x optics. Our customers represent the aerospace, missile guidance, C4ISR, fiber optic, ordnance, small arms and micro-machining (< 0.125" dia.) markets.
